Elio Education
Client Overview:
Elio Education is a global learning platform dedicated to helping students reach their full academic potential. By connecting learners with world-class tutors, Elio offers personalized, expert guidance to help students succeed in their educational journey.
Project Objective:
To create a logo that visually communicates the values of Elio Education: innovation, personalization, technology, and education. The design should appeal to a modern audience, while conveying trust, creativity, and expertise in the field of education.
Creating & Rejecting a Logo
Before diving into the logo design, I had some pretty in-depth chats with the team to get to the heart of what Elio Education represents. We spent a lot of time reflecting on their mission to support students, how they landed on the name ‘Elio,’ and where they wanted to go next.
Then came the fun part—putting ideas onto the artboard. There was a bit of trial and error, of course, and the three stakeholders didn’t always see eye to eye. They also decided to change their primary colour from yellow to green in the iterative process, which helped me design something that better fit their vision. I stuck with it, worked through the bumps, and in the end, created a logo that everyone could get behind.

The final Elio Education logo successfully embodies the brand’s mission—clarity, professionalism, and a forward-thinking approach to education. The design is modern yet timeless, ensuring long-term brand recognition. With its adaptable structure and meaningful elements, the logo sets a strong foundation for Elio Education’s visual identity.
